Love their clothes for their use of natural fibres and materials which means clothes are comfortable and built to last. Price range can be a bit high but when on sale they are very much worth it!

There was an amazing young man running the changeroom on Saturday afternoon. He was a whirlwind and did not stop. He directed all the other staff so well. I admire his composure and patience what a great asset.

Love the range! The prices are very reasonable and cheaper than CUE or Kookai. The fabric is georgeous, cotton, wool etc. I love the cut and shape of the clothing range.

Great quality clothes compared to the price range. Really fashionable stuff too. I always end up buying something whenever I visit. Its hard not to like the silhouettes and designs. Staff are very friendly as well.

Lady who served me today (petite Asian) around 1:30pm was super helpful and had such a lovely smile the whole time! She was able to source a heavy knit half zip jumper (white and blue/black stripe) in my size that I’ve been trying to hunt down for ages 🥹

Well :) I guess the best way to describe my experience(s) is that the clothes are so nicely displayed that I feel I can wear them straight out of the store (of course I don't, I always wash them first). Is just nice they take such good care of the merchandise. Staff is always super helpful and very nice.

Had an excellent experience again at COS the strand this weekend. Ended up finding exactly what I needed with the help of one of the team on the floor (should have got the name) they were attentive and took my shirt to the changerooms, I got genuine advice on the fit and when I made it to the register, I was greeted by a lovely attendant who was kind in asking how my day was. Btw love the new store layout I’ve been going here for a while so it was nice to see it refreshed. Very clean, very chic. I’ll continue to return as one of my regular shopping destinations.
